Defects revealed during the warranty period will be removed within a period not longer than 14 days, counting from the date of acceptance of the equipment for service.

If there is a need to import parts from abroad, the repair time is extended by the time necessary to import parts. The customer will be informed about the expected time of repair of the equipment in connection with the need to import parts from abroad.

Repair under warranty will be performed after presentation:

The fact and date of the repair is confirmed by the service in the warranty document.
The customer has the right to apply for replacement of the product with a new one, if any:

The condition for the Customer to invoke the rights resulting from this guarantee is the use, maintenance and storage of the equipment in the manner specified in the operating manual.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by the lack of adequate protection of the equipment by the customer during transport, in particular the removal, insertion and transfer of the equipment.
The warranty also does not cover damage caused by the use of equipment not in accordance with its intended use. This reservation also includes the use of amateur equipment for professional purposes. Such damage may be repaired at the customer’s expense.
The warranty does not cover claims for technical parameters of the product, provided that they are in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions for use.

Service has the right to refuse to perform warranty repair in the case of:
a) finding a contradiction between the data resulting from the documents and those on the equipment,
(b) breach or breakage of seals,
(c) previous own repairs,
(d) structural changes, including alterations and adaptations of equipment.
A refusal to perform a warranty repair shall be tantamount to the loss of the warranty.
